Smiling woman with short hair wearing a grey sweatshirt

Julie has been naturally organized throughout her life, owing some credit to an organized and design-minded mom.  Despite this natural tendency, she also fell prey to the lure of consumerism and buying - a strong force on us all.  A health scare in 2001 prompted a deep re-evaluation of her relationship to her possessions and how she was spending her time and money.  She purged her life of many things, making space and time for what really mattered.  Since then, she has been helping family, friends, and clients eliminate excess, organize, and redesign their spaces to meet their goals.

She is formally trained as an RN, interior decorator, and health/life coach.  While these may seem unrelated, she has learned time and again that the health of the home, relationships, and the self are all deeply connected.   She brings deep listening, kindness, compassion, non-judgement, and creativity to each client and considers this work a privilege.

Each client can expect to feel heard and respected, and encouraged and empowered to make the changes that will help them attain their goals.  She is committed to help clients organize and/or reduce their goods to make room for what they value most.

When not working on her home or yours, Julie can be found cooking or walking with family and her Chihuahua, Sofia.  Nature is her respite, whether climbing a mountain or walking the shore, sidewalk, or trail, the open space allows for deep gratitude and awe.

Fun fact…Julie eats a whole-food, plant-based diet and enjoys it all…except grapefruit which makes her cheeks cramp.
