What can I expect during organizing sessions?
We'll start by assessing where you are and determining what is working for you, what's not working, and your goals and vision for your home or office. Together, we will work to create a plan of action. Then, we get to work!
Do you work with people who hoard?
Our clients include individuals who are struggling with situational disorganization or chronic disorganization, including clients who hoard.
How long will my project take?
While it's sometimes possible to give general estimations, the short answer to this question is "it depends". Each client is different, and each space is different. The length of an organizing project will depend on how quickly you are able to make decisions, the contents of the space, whether family members are involved, and whether other priorities come up during the project. During the initial consultation, we can provide rough estimates based on what you decide are the areas you want to work on.
Are other people this disorganized? Is this the worst you've ever seen?
Disorganization is extremely common, but people don't like to talk about it. Since everyone is different, it's impossible to say that one situation is "worse" than another. When we work together the only comparison will be between how it was, how it is, and how it will be. It's not helpful to compare your level of organization to the organization of others so we won't do it, and we encourage you to not do it either.
Why should I hire an organizer?
You could compare our services to those of an accountant, hairdresser, or doctor. Surely there are many services that you pay others to do because you do not have the skills or experience to do them yourself. Organizers are trained professionals with the expertise to help you reach your goals. Although, unlike accountants, hairdressers, or doctors, we work to teach you the skills to use on your own in the future.

We take confidentiality seriously. Identifying information about you, or our work, will not be disclosed unless required by law or we are given express permission by you.
